When you call. Our call tracking provider records details of each call, such as your phone number, the time and length of the call, and the general area it came from. Calls may be recorded for quality, verification and billing. If a call is recorded, you'll be told at the start of the call.

When you visit the site. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. We don't currently use advertising cookies or analytics tools on this site. If that changes, we'll update this policy.

We don't ask for or collect payment information, and the site has no forms.

How we use it

We use call information to connect you with an independent local service provider in your area, to confirm that calls were real and connected, and to handle billing with the companies and call network we work with.

Who we share it with

Call details are shared with the service provider your call is connected to and with our call routing and tracking partners, so they can take your call and verify it. We don't sell your information to anyone for their own marketing. We may also share information if required by law.

Children

This site is meant for adults and property owners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
